Suggest Treatment For Thick Vaginal Discharge With Odour

I have a CONTINUOUS thick, creamy discharge with uncontrollable odor! I used to think it was because I masturbate frequently but even when I don't, it happens. I keep up on my hygiene but only a few hours after I shower the smell comes back along with the discharge. Its has a yellowish tint to it too and doesn't itch.

I've recently been tested for std's and came back negative, but 5 years ago I was treated for Chlamydia and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it...? When I was tested 6 months ago, my pap came up abnormal but they said to wait 6 months and come back. Could that be something to do with it? Like a vaginal infection or hpv?
