Suggest Treatment For Unruptured Follicle With A History Of Abortion

hello doc.. i've undegone abortion in month of of march2011.. after that i waited fr 6months.. in month of sep oct n nov 2011 igot long menstrual cucle fr which i ws given primolut n ..noow i m alright n plannin to conceive. today is my 14 day n follicle size is 20 18 mm et is 10 mm i alo took clomiphene 50 ,but folloicle is nt ruptured yet shud i tk hocog inj bcoz i'm prescribed fr dat or shud i wait.
