Suggest Treatment For Urticaria

I am a 24 years old unmarried, suffering from Urticaria from last 4 months. I take antibiotic everyday if I do not take it, I get swelling in palms, fingers, lips, eyes also rashes on the body majorly legs, thighs , hands. Please help me, i want to get rid off it before I get married in next 6 months.
