Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid And Ovarian Cyst

dear doctor ,
i am 30 year,5'4'',75 kgs unmarried endometriosis patient. i was detected endometriosis last year which had a size of 95.4x57.4x89.4mm vol-256.6cc and 87.7x67.4mm in rt and lt adnexa.i was given zoladex for three months by my doctor.it did not have any remarkabale effect.the doctors recommended me for a surgery.i got my laproscopic surgery done in delhi .thereafter i was kept for three months on danogen.when my periods reimbursed,the blood flow was too much due to which i was given novex for a month.when my perods happened again the flow was too much again. this time they medicated me with meprite and deflon500. again my peroids stopped. it came in a month with heavy flow and masses of blood.
then i was recommended a repeated ultrasound in which cyst of endometromass of 5cm has been detected imy left ovary with small fibroids in utereus. i don't know what treatment should be done please take into consideration that i'm an unmarried girl and have to still start with my family yet.
