Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness

I underwent a hysterectomy and repair of prolapsed bladder a year ago, I went through my menopause 10 yr previous. Although originally my sex drive was as good as usual I feel I have gradually lost confidence due to my vaginal dryness and inability to climax (originally it was not unusual for me multiple orgasms) I have various lubricants- most of which I find useless and cumbersome. I would really appreciate some advice please.
