Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Flatulence

I am 49 years old.I have had a tvt and anterior repair 10 years ago and recently have a strange uncomfortable feeling of my vagina falling down. When I look there appears to be a visible bulge but not protruding part of the lower vaginal wall. I also suffer from vaginal flatulence at times. Would I need to see my GP is there anyway that corrective surgery could be carried out?
