Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

good day doc.i have a feminine itchy,i am 28 years old, i started feel this for almost 3 years until now..i go to the doctor for examination.papsmear and the result is negative for any kind of diseases..so the doctor ask me to use candibec cream..i use that cream for almost 6 months but it does not work..can you please help me for what can i do or some kind of cream that i use to..thank you doc.
