Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Pain And Swelling In Labia

I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis this morning and put on antibiotics. However, I have been having severe pain in my vaginal area, especially when trying to urinate, for a couple days. There is extreme swelling in my labia and currently I am unable to urinate, and still in extreme pain. should I go to the ER?
