Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Pain And White Discharge?

Hi I am 5 months pregnant 2 years ago I got a pap smere and it came out poositive other than that I have had anything else they told me to stop changing partners and that it will go away by itself and I been with one partner for one year and know pregnant so 2 days ago I got a pimple down there in my vagina lip and know I have two of the end idk if ita because I shave ive been trying to wax know because shaving just makes thick and the two pimples had a yellow head on the top and I told my husband to pop it and he said yellow and white stuff came out and it was clean I dont why it happens I went to go get a pamp smere not so long ago and they said everything was okay I dont have mo itches the only thing I have is whitr discharge and normal smells what do uou guys thing this the pain was so horrible I couldnty even walk but once he pop it and than I put vicks I feel way better the pain was so bad when I touch my vahiga it hurted what do you guys recommed
