Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Hot Flushes In Case Of C4-C5 Compression

My Father aged 77 yrs has suffered a fall on 11 June, 2011 and thereafter his movement was restricted to few steps and he felt numbness in both his palms and legs. He was suggested surgery initially, as in MRI compression of C4-C5 was found. But thereafter the surgeon had a different option/opinion and wanted to put him on medicine and physio, as he felt that his condition has not worsened. After taking the medicine for 1 day he started complaining of vomiting sensation. He was given the following medicine: 1.) Pentaoxide 1-0-0 ( Morning - Noon - Evening) 2.) Oxetol 150mg 1-0-1 3.) Dulane 20mg 1-0-1 Today morning he started complaining of vomiting sensation and uneasiness and since after noon he has been complaining of hot flushes, uneasiness, sweating and unable to bear the heat inside the body. Any antidote suggested.
