Suggest Treatment For White Spots On Lips And Sore Spots With Whiteheads

Good evening, I was wondering if you could help me with something that's deeply troubling me. I have white spots on my lips and two very sore spots with white heads (one inside my bottom lip and one on the gums of my bottom teeth). Is this serious and can be remedied? Thank you
