Suggest Treatment For Wrinkled Spot Inside The Cheek

I have a weird spot on the inside of my left cheek. It feels a little wrinkly when I rub my tongue over it. If I look at it, it doesn't look too alarming, but there does appear to be a little hole or two. I have dipped for probably 7 years, but it is not in a spot where I put the dip. I am worried this might be a sign of cancer, I have noticed this spot for almost a month now without much change. Suggestions?
