Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infections Caused By IUD

I have had an IUD for about 9 years now. I have noticed that I have an increase in BV and Yeast infections. I can deal with those but on a daily basis I have a grainy, acidic discharge. The discharge goes away while menstrating but returns imidiatly after. My DR says that everything is fine with my IUD but the discharge is interferring with sexual realtions with my husband, he says that the discharge burns him and it has a very bitter taste.
