Suggest Treatment Options Other Than Cosmetics For Stretch Marks

Hi,im a 37 year old female ,middleastern,i have same as pregnancy mask since i was 19 and never resolved even with Fraxel Lasesr and Chemical peel all with the use of skin bleeching creams (Iklen Creame) and contineous use of Sun Block SPF 90 ,as for my medical history I had measles at 2 , mumps when i was 7 , and chicken box at 24 year old .
I would apreciate if there is any other solution rather than cosmetcs .
