Suggest Treatment To Arrest Blisters Appearing On Penis

bilster started to appear on my penis.,.i tried to pop it but everytime i tried to touch or put pressure on the blister, it only gets bigger. Than the bumps suddenly subside, but not totally but the blister now starts to spread on my sccrotum.one by one it appeared.i think 4 of them appeared in different areas of my scrotum.then, my scrotum started to become red and swollen and it itch likes hell.everytime i tried to scratch my balls, it gets red and swollen and it itch even more.i tried to use some anti-bacteria, anti-fungal cream but no evident relief. and now, also tiny blister appeared on the excess skin between the head of the penis and the shaft.there are times that it itch as hell so i couldn;t stop myself from rubbing it.but every time that there is contact or rubbing, those skin with tiny blisters swell. am i experiencing a contagious disease?
