Suggest Treatment To Cure Adult Acne

I have been diagnosed with adult acne. It is mild and my derm prescribed IRET 20 mg every alternate day with a couple of other meds. I am 3 weeks into treatment and my acne has increased.
I have got huge pimples in places i never had before. Please HELP!!!!
