Suggest Treatment To Cure Keloid Permanently

Hi, i am having Keloid on my chest (most recent - 2yrs), shoulders, back, breasts. Early in 2003 has done some injection treatment for the same and the keloids on my breast had disappeared, but the rest had reduced in size. I discontinued the treatment due to some reason. Please advise , what the inject is and what do i do to get rid of these permanently.
