Suggest Treatment To Cure Swollen Bartholin Gland Cyst

I have a bartholin gland cyst. It is slightly smaller than a pea and only causes pain occasionally. When it gets swollen (it's always there, but it sometimes gets larger), it usually drains on its own a few hours later, but it's always visible. I'm 18 years old and have not had sex, but I've had a steady boyfriend and will most likely be married next year. I don't want my first time to be painful. Getting it drained isn't going to help because it drains on its own, and warm baths don't help (I've had it over a year), so I'd like to have it removed; however, my family is in a tough financial situation, and I was wondering how much it usually costs to have it removed.
