Suggest Treatment To Get Periods

hi doctor..i m 29 year old with a 2 year old son.last year i conceived accidently..my son was too young,so i underwent a mtp..which could not clear the uterus properly.i bleeded for almost 3 months..then i hd undergone a dnc,bleeding stooped within two days.was given lots of medicine and injections for infection.but due to the intervention my endometrium got thin..its 4mm.its been a year nw since i got my period.was given few harmonal courses also.pls help.
