Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Acne

I'm 17 years old and have had moderate acne since I was 12. I've tried different treatments such as by-micin, minox, dual gel and differin gel. A while ago I started taking Dianette the birth control pill and was on it for about 5 months. It was clearing my acne up, but never fully. In the end I had to be taken off it because it drastically increased my blood pressure. At the moment I am on tetralysal and have been taking it for nearly 2 months - with no improvement. Since being off the pill, my acne came back with a vengeance and my face and back is completely covered in blackheads, whiteheads and cysts. I was wondering if there's any chance that the tetralysal will begin to work or should I look into roaccutane?
