Suggest Treatment To Keep Face Fresh And Clean

SKIN PROBLEM :-
Sir am 30years old, being an architect, i mostly used to be on site works, my facial part of skin is most sensitive & gets dark for dust,change of soap,change of water & shaving creams. actually i use old Cinthol soap, & Momate cream @ night, as suggested by my doctor ... is there any other solution that keeps my face fresh & clear.
