Suggest Treatments For Migration Of Mirena Into Uterus

i found out today that my Mirena has migrated up into my uterus and has flipped upside down. I am scheduled with an OB/GYN for next week, but have concerns as to how they will get it out. They mentioned a D&C or general anesthesia. What would be your opinion
