Suggest Treatments For Pigmented Actinic Keraosis

Hello,
I just had a skin biopsy for a brown spot on the face and the biopsy said it is pigmented actinic keratosis. I am very concerned about this. What is the best treatment? A little background: 3 years back the biopsy claimed it was seborrheic keratosis. I had a laser procedure done and the original spot kind of went away but there new pigments appeared in the surrounding area. Any advice, information will be most appreciated. Thank you very much.
