Symptoms Of Thrush Like Pain Around Vulva And Tightness In Vagina

I got the symptoms of thrush two three days ago I.e pain around the vulva and it was late so I used savlon cream. Now the whole area stings and when I tried to insert the canes ten tablet into my vagina it felt too tight! And now it burns when I pee! Please help!
