Treatment For Anteverted And Bulky Uterus?

My pelvic can shows that I have anteverted and bulky uterus measuring 14.2X12.4X6.9 with a volume of 638cm cubed. I also have multiple (7) intramural subserosal and submucasal fibroids on the endometrium. What are the health risks and my treatment options?
