Treatment For Spider Bite

spider bite popped
i got a spider bite last monday. yesterday it started to drain on its own. it was the size 3in by 1 1/2in now its much smaller since it started to drain. i have been keeping it clean and covered with bandages and changing them a few time a day. also i have been using hot pad and taking meds for infection and pain. i just want to know should i go to the dr and have them get it all out or can i let it do it on its own as long ask i take good care of it? and is there anything else i should be doing to it to take care of it?
