Endometrial echoes within normal limits measuring approximately 0.4 cm in thickness. No free fluid. Right ovary measures approximately 2.4 x 1.4 x 2.3 cm. Left ovary measures approximately 2.7 x 1.6 x 2.4 cm. Follicles are noted What does this mean?
