WHat Causes Small White Blisters To Spread On Hands?

My hands.
I have had athletes foot on my right foot for about a month now. I do itch my foot but I wash my hands twice after I do. Now im starting to get weird bumps ALL,over my hands. There very small,white bumps.they almost look blister like. .i have popped a few of them,washedmy hands,an put vix on them,but they seem t still be spreading. .
Can you please tell me what this might be on my skin?
&+ how im able to treat it?
