What Are The Affects Of Acohol On Mastocytosis?

what are the affects of acohol on mastocytosis. I was diagnosed with mastosytosis pigmantosa as a child so the dermatologist never really discussed the affects of acohol on my body since i was young. now that i am of age to drink im noticing sometimes when i drink i have whats almost like a panic attack. i feel like im forgeting to breath or cant catch my breath. i also have times where i have been hungover for almost 24 hours, still throwing up every half hour. could this also be from mastocytosis? (this was only from having 4 drinks or so nothing too extreme)
