What Are The Causes Of Soreness And Pain Inside Arm?

My upper right arm is sore to the touch, on the inside of the arm. There is a sharp pain as well but that occurs sporadically closer to my hand. The other day it all seemed to start with concentrated pain on the top of my hand, between the knuckles and the wrist

The soreness and pain that you have could be due to a muscle spasm in the area due to an overuse or it can be a nerve pain due to nerve root compression at the level of cervical spine.
