What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With A Nabothian Cyst In Cervix?

I just found out I have a2.8cm right anterior fundal intramural fibroid and a nabothian cyst in cervix,my right tube is block and left is ok, what are my chances of getting pregñant? Can the fibroid be remove with hurting my womb? .......drepress nicarla....
