What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Endometriosis?

Hi doctor,

I am 28 years old & married woman. I had two laproscopy before, for endometriosis. My left overy has been parially removed & left fallopian tube is also removed in the last surgery which was held in 13th may 2011. Now in my USG pelvis, posterior fibroid has been detected size is abt 5 cm. I took lupride depot of 11.2 on 17th june 2011. I want to be conceive asap. Is there any problem abt my conceiving & if i conceive then any problem for retaining & delivery? Pls help me. Thank you.
