What Are The Chances To Return To Normal After Cast Removed For Fracture?

I have a distal radial fracture after a fall. No operation just a cast which should be removed after 5 weeks. I work in a reception/yr 1 class with school due back the day after my cast is removed. Will I be able to return to work the day after my cast is removed? Will I be able to drive? Will I need pysiotherapy?
