What Are The Different Stages Of Hidradenitis Suppurativa ?

are there any doctors here that are familiar with hidradenitis suppurativa and its stages? im currenty transitioning to the worst stage multiple abscesses in multiple areas canals are being formed under the skin and connecting to other abscesses some recurring and some new i have atleast 3-4 new abscesses that pop up at any given time at least 3-5 times a month and they are bad. ive had baseball sized abscess on my inner thighs. i had one form on my scrotum which blew my testicle up to about the size of a pool ball. i understand the only way of getting relief that second is to lance the abscess but what are my options for long term relief why is only the mayo clinic giving me the option of radiation therapy and do you think this is a good idea for treatment? obviously with the rate of skin graph surgery being very low for people with this disease i want to do something that is proven to show results. im 28 years old and this disease has completely taken over my body. i need some feedback in aiding me make the right decision. i want to do the right thing. can someone help me?
