What Are The Effects Of Retroverted And Retroflexed Uterus?

Hcg level was 1112 yesterday. Transvaginal ultrasound did not see a inuterine pregnancy. I was told yesterday I have a retroverted and retroflexed uterus. Could this be why nothing was seen during th ultrasound? I'm to go have more blood drawn tomorrow.
