What Are The Effects Of Retroverted Uterus For Pregnancy?

hello. i'm 28 and i hv one child 2 years old. with my first child i didn't hv retroverted uterus, but know when i'm trying to hv another child i hv diagosticated with retroverted uterus. i hv one big question for you: a pregnancy is hard to see at ultrasound if i hv retroverted uterus? because i really think that i am pregnant and my dr didn't see anything at eco. a friend of mine was preganant with her first baby and the pregnancy test went negative and her dr saw the baby at eco at 10-12 weeks. how can this be possible?
pls, answer me as soon as possible because i am scared. tks
