What Are The Few Red Spots On The Penis?

Hi, I am 14 and in the beginning of puberty. I noticed 2 or 3 days ago a few red spots in the groin area, just above the penis, and one on it. Today there are certainly more than there were. They were more prominent when I got out of the shower than they are now, but they are still very visible. They do not hurt or itch. I am obviously a virgin. My dad is on a business trip so I can t ask him, so please help me because it s kind of creepy.
