What Are The Mole Like Spots On My Skin?

hi, i'm sivakumar.i'm having psoriasis for the past 2 and half years and a dermatologist prescribed me salycylic lotion and moisturiser(efatop-past currently i'm using cetaphil). within past 3 months i see some black spots like a mole,is it a symptom of skin cancer? and i suspect the psoriasis may be triggered by some past incidents that overtraining in the gym(july2005-dec2007), during that period i was having a lower back pain and knee pain also because of the job(dec2003-mar2008), end of mar2008 there was a incident a car hit me and i was thrown and skid towards the platform and received a hit on the face left side just below my eyes and there was a pain in the head above the left ear and it was lasted for 10 days,i didn't see any doctor.from april o dec 2008 i was playing too much or non stop computer games. and the psoriasis first sarted at the end of dec 2008. so provide me a solution or advise me a specialist to consult.tq
