What Are The Possible Treatments For Subchorionic Hematoma?

I am 11weeks pregnant, two weeks ago I began to hemorrhage. Went to my OBGYN and after doing blood work and other test we found out I have Subchorionic Hematoma. Was put on bed rest for two weeks and back for a follow up. I am a CNA been for 9years. I started a new shift working 12hr days, and working with kids that are going through Cemo. I was told I could go back to work now, but I m a little concerned I don t want to over do it and loss the baby. This past May a week before Mothers day I was 4months and we lost the baby and had to have a DNC. So that is in the back of my head as well. We have One child now he is 5 years old. I had no problems and carried him full term. I m Concerned as as well because the DR did not do any ultrasounds this time to really get any good look on the hematoma to see if they are gone or getting big, staying the same nothing...and I m also not to be seen again for a month now. How does he really know if all is ok. Our last lost I had just a few drops of very lite pink blood. I called him just to tell him and he said it happens. we went in and he said everything seems fine and should be fine. he did order an ultra sound tho to check and easy the mind. well the end result that the baby had passed. after doing the DNC he told my husband it looked from the size of the baby that he or she had passed at least a month or little longer and that my body did not do what it should of to pass or let me know. i did get an infection from it and he said he had to really clean me and he put me on antibiotics. I am 28. Im 5 3 118lbs non smoker, I stay away from soda & fast foods I Try to stay healthy the best i can also note I was a little bummed this past appt with my OBGYN two weeks ago i told him i had an infection. he said i didn t, but didn t even look, or ask why i think or feel this way. this time he looked and said OMY you have a bad infection... my husband said she knows and told you this the last time. its bad now that it is causing me to bleed. so I am a little worried on his judgement. Any help? Thank YOU!!
