What Are The Precautions To Fly In Flight After Femur Bone Fracture?

Hi Doc, I recently broke my right femur bone whilst trail riding in the Australian bush ( head on with a 4wd). I have been operated on and now have a titanium rod from hip to knee. I am now out of hospital, recovering at home ( approx 4 weeks after surgery). Question is am I able to fly on an airplane and what precautions do I need to take if I can fly. I have a flight to Tasmania in two weeks which is 1.5 hours. Then three weeks later another flight to Korea which is 11 hours. Thanks in advance. Regards, Joel
