What Are The Red Itchy Bumps All Over The Body?

My 9 year old daughter has red bumps all over her body which itches. This started about 5 days ago. It happens mainly in the afternoon after she has her bath. However it has not happened in the morning after her bath. The bumps disappears within a few hours.
