What Are The Red Rings Appearing On The Thigh?

OMG...I noticed this morning when I woke up a small red perfect circle on on my mid thigh...just now I noticed...maybe 6 hours from the first red I noticed is another connecting perfect red ring in the same area...perfectly connecting to the first red circle..what do I have?....the middle of each circle is just the colour of my natural skin...no itching or raised areas of the circles...looks like it is under my skin....please does any one know?..tkuuu...barbara.
