What Are The Red Spots On The Skin?

can you please advice me , i have a red pots of my skin my dermatologist diagnose that i have pityriasis rosea ,base of my observation the red spot on my skin will be spread in times when i get tired and expose to warm places, almost 1 year and 6 months plzm i need your help?
