What Are The Remedies For Blisters/lumps Along The Perinium Of Vagina?

I left my partners house nyd as we work 200 miles apart. I've been with him 13 mth. A few days ago I noticed I was sore at the perineum side of my vagina. This can happen as my partner is quite large and we do have a healthy sex life!
I felt this area and it felt inflamed and when I looked in the mirror there were a couple of long red lines heading inward into my vagina. I presumed it was due to trauma but then considered I may have thrush as I was on amoxicillin before Xmas for something else and this can happen with me. However today I'm still sore and having looked again, I have 3 blisters / lumps along the edge of my vagina in a line and one on the other side. One of them looks to have a white middle. I do have more discharge today but it's not malodorous. Have you any ideas what it is. I'm worried. Have ordered fluconazole pill . Many thanks
