What Are The Side Effects For Hysterectomy?

my ultrasound report shows my uterus is anteverted & normal. Myometrial echotexture is coarse & heterogenous. However no obvious mass or fibroid seen in the uterus. Endometrial echo is midline and measures 8 mm. A 12 x 10 x5mm sized hyperechoic polyp is noted in endometrial cavity in the mid part. Two smaller polyps 7 & 8 mm in sizes are also noted in the fundal region. Now pl. suggest whether i go for polyp removal surgery or uterus removal surgery. What is the side effect of uterus removal surgery. my age is 37 & my family is complete.
