Hi,

Nasal blockage is due to allergy only, causing cold and sinus affection is following symptom. You can use Navision nasal drops over the counter, accompanied by anti cold decongestant combination like Sinarest after food. Hot steam with Vicksburg and water inhalation helps to alleviate nasal block symptom.

In case this does not suffice , you can take Montelukast LC and Azithromycin in case thee is associated infection in consultation of your doctor. Montelukast LC taken as per need is alright. Yet, Azithromycin taken haphazardly can hamper antibiotic sensitivity (must be taken at fixed time &for minimum 5 days).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
