hi there, i m currently on the mini pill cerazzete, my periods have stopped (which my doctor explained) and every month i still get what seems to be period pains at the same time each month. this month i noticed i havent had any pain so i took multiple pregnancy test which all came back negative but a couple of days ago my right breast started to lactate but hasn t done it since i m very worried what could this be if tests have come up negative?
