What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Duphaston?

i took duphaston last month 2 tablet per day for 10 days from day15 to day 25 of my period for endometrial polyp and after i finished it and till period came there was pain and some pinky discharge now this month i didnot take it and there is pinky discharge and some pain before the period which not occur to me normally
is this disharge due to duphaston or may be pregnancy??
