About a year ago, when I tried to climb the boundary wall of my house, the brick I was holding detached bringing me down to floor with a bang. I felt some pain in upper left arm, however, it subsided days and months ahead. However, I still feel a level of discomfort and a mild pricking pain on the upper side of my upper left arm. If I try to massage it I feel like a pricking sensation inside at one particular place. Some times, I feel I cannot raise my left arm with much ease as it used to be earlier. What should be the problem, and what should I do in this regard? I also have a history of backache, which my doctors said was a chronic muscular spasm while some believed it was something related to disc.
