What Are The Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

yes i recently cam off the depo-proverra in august and then in oct. and november missed my period thought i was pregnant. In december i took a home pregnancy test it came back negative. A week later i thought i had got my period which was very light. The bleeding stopped and then it started back this time with stomach cramps, fatigue, and lower back pain. The bleeding was so heavy and has a foul odor like something died inside of me. Could i have miscarriage and dont know>
